Six booked under Pasa Sunday, May 20, 2001

Ahmedabad, May 19: The three people accused of having looted Rs 12.10 lakh cash of Bank of Baroda when the money was being transferred from one branch to another on May 8, have been booked under Pasa and sent to various jails in the state.

Ferozmiya alias Bhuria S Shaikh was sent to Jamnagar Jail, Adbul S. Shaikh was sent to Porbandar Jail and Rafat M. Pathan was sent to Vadodara Jail. All the three were caught by the city police within three days of the crime along with Rs 11.98 lakh of the looted money.

Prevention of Crime Branch has also booked three other under Pasa for crimes against the prohibition act.
