Break-in at music store at Ambawadi Monday, December 3, 2001

AHMEDABAD: Video CDs, audio cassettes and tape recorder together worth Rs 1.49 lakh were stolen form 'Music Junction', a music store at Shrikrishna complex in Ambawadi.

Shop owner Dharmeshbhai Manharlal Shah lodged a complaint at the Ellisbridge police station saying that an intruder broke the lock at the shop on Friday night and stole 600 VCDs, 100 audio CDs, 40 audio cassettes and a tape recorder.

Man dies in accident: Thirty-five-year-old Nareshbhai Parsottambhai Patel of Patan died when a Matador (GJ 9T 1184) rammed into his bicycle near Indirabridge on Saturday afternoon. An offence has been registered at the Sabarmati police station.
