Two suicide cases in city Wednesday, August 15, 2001

Ahmedabad: Hitesh Mackwana, 22, a resident of Isanpur, committed suicide by immolating himself on Monday, without stating reasons for committing the suicide. A case of accidental death has been registered at the Vatva police station.

In another incident, Sunita Tiwari, 19, committed suicide because her husband refused to let her visit her parents on occasion of Janmashtami. She hung herself from the roof of her house. A case of accidental death has been registered at Meghaninagar police station.
