City water supply to be affected Friday, December 14, 2001

RAJKOT: The National Highway Authority has agreed to spend Rs 62 lakh needed to make a detour of the Rajkot-Bhadar dam pipeline to facilitate the conversion of Rajkot-Gondal Highway into a four-lane road.

As a result of this, the supply of water from the dam to Rajkot city will be affected for a couple of days, water supply department said on Thursday.
