Curbs on diesel auto-rickshaws Saturday, December 15, 2001

SURAT: Three-wheel diesel autorickshaws with a seating capacity of more than three will be allowed only outside the municipal limits, according to an official press note on Wednesday. Drivers will have to apply to the RTO for a new permit and display the permit area prominently on the vehicle, the release added.
