EME school new commandant Sunday, December 16, 2001

VADODARA: Major General M G Girish has taken over the command of the EME School here. He took over charge on Thursday following his tenure as additional director general of EME (resource management) at the Army headquarters in New Delhi. Major General Girish, an alumni of National Defence College, was commissioned into the Corps of EME in 1966 and has commanded an EME battalion in the North East, an advance base workshop and deputy director of EME of a strike corp. He has also been the head of department of management at the college of defence management in Secunderabad.
